A – Projects

addition to our currently running projects, our studies over new public or
private contracts in homeland and abroad continue.

market search of Antalya Þelale Kent (Waterfall City – totally 100 units of
villas)

following establishments that are declared to be sold and are in Antalya Region,
can be started in case of a mutual agreement
Two five-star hotels,
One four-star hotel,
One industrial establishment,
One unused commercial building,
Several real estates arrenged for
BOT (Build – Operate – Transfer) Holiday Village contracts.

Organizational Objectives
Reorganization
of facilities over housing projects as real estate investment partnership in
order to reach a stronger capital structure is one of our basic targets. Thanks
to our organizational experience as well as our public relations, we face no
bureaucratic difficulties but we beleive to have an advantage of benefiting
from state supports
